the office, glee, dexter and south park are always up there. i had a love affair with six feet under earlier this year and can say that it’s one of the greatest shows i’ve ever watched. ditto arrested development.

i had a lot more piercings when i was younger. i keep my tattoos where they can be covered easily. i have my ears pierced twice each (although i only ever wear plugs in my bottom hole). and i have a nose ring.

day one: your middle name & how you feel about it....
i often go by stacy michelle, so needless to say, i quite like my middle name. the story behind me using it so much is two parts:
in spanish class in elementary school, our teacher told us that often times, americans “lose” their middle name. i was determined from that point on to make mine more important in my day-to-day life and started writing it on my papers.

awesome evening. so excited for two whole days off.
(1) I have been saying this all week. It has been my go-to wtf phrase. (2) I had a day off today and possibly Monday due to a potential snow storm. I was so excited to hear we didn’t have to work today.

what do they even PUT in children’s benydryll that makes it this strong? i can’t even keep my eyes open. and YES, i still drink the liquid cherry flavored CHILDREN’s benydryll. i’m five. and out of it.

it’s much needed. i quit one job—two + internship (which is turning in to temping) + babysitting was too much. i was running myself ragged. i don’t particularly like quitting or failing to fulfill commitments, but this was a good move on my part and i’m breathing a lot easier knowing that i have one less thing on my plate.

someone remind me
to actually keep up with dexter from now on. it’s too time consuming to take on an entire season in one fell swoop. then again, waiting until it’s over to watch it keeps away the suspense. at least long term. that said, this season was pretty fucking brilliant. after last season i wondered how they could ever possibly top what they had already done—- this was exactly how....
it doesn't feel right.
that’s all i’ll say.
i am finally catching up on dexter season 5.
before today i had only watched two episodes. now i’m starting episode 6. everything keeps getting better and better… i can’t even believe the story twists. this show gives me such anxiety—- i can’t stand the suspense.

last night i went to go see my friends/old tourmates in as tall as lions at the troubadour. i never listened to ATAL before the tour we were on last summer… but since then i’ve found myself listening to them on a regular basis.
i suppose that there’s no real point to this post other than to say how thankful i am to have spent a month on the road with those guys…...
