Giving @jackhadie a piggy back ride down Hollywood blvd. ;) (Taken with instagram)
Today’s Math lesson is about line symmetry and there is a picture in the Math workbook of the Hollywood sign. The kids had to identify the letters that have line symmetry (H, O, Y, W, D). After they did that, I showed them the picture of you next to the sign so they could get a perspective of just how big the letters are. They were amazed (and they think you’re really cool, too!)
Have a good day!
Love,
Mom
this made me smile. that day was still one of the best i can remember.
this is from two saturdays ago with my roommate. love love love this.
my hair is getting so long (for me, at least, haha) and i love it.
what a good night
i’m pretty sure if 24 year old me could tell 14 year old me the people i’d be interacting with, she’d call bullshit.
living in los angeles is so strange. in the last ten days, i’ve met two people from two of my favorite tv shows, been on a conference call with another person from one of my favorite TV shows, and been copied on an email with someone from one of my favorite bands of all time. it’s seriously mind-blowing to me.
2012 is a crazy, crazy year, and it’s only getting crazier.
I was supposed to be back in SF right now. Changed my flight at the last minute. I cannot believe what my life is right now. I’m completely stunned by today’s events. Nothing short of amazing. And tomorrow I’m going to see Nick Kroll and Patton Oswalt at The Laugh Factory.
I just. I cannot form proper sentences right now. I’m going to get off the Internet now because my brain cannot take much more.
so. sometimes i’m a bad (read: great) influence on michelle. and i make her stay in town longer. and go to the most hollywood of parties to watch the superbowl. where we met my BIGGEST celebrity crush. and then buy her tickets to see her favorite comedian. who we somehow met randomly two nights ago.
i really can’t even comprehend the last two days of my life. all i know is that i really, really needed a weekend like this. simply amazing. i can’t wrap my head around it.
from last weekend when bff was in town.
this is my work family.
i love them.
Hi, Los Angeles. You’re pretty.
This might be my favorite place on earth.
(taken earlier today.)
SO. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS is that this dude walks around the neighborhood where i work. and this shot was taken from the house of blues (you can tell by the gate) facing the comedy store, immediately across the street. this is right where i work. this is brilliant.

Are we serious right now?
